Chicken Tortilla Soup


Chicken tortilla soup on the stove top in just 30 minutes! Shredded white meat, bold seasonings, spicy chilis, fire roasted tomatoes, and corn tortillas.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs Chicken breast, boneless skinless

3/4 cup Red bell pepper
14 1/2 oz Tomatoes, canned fire roasted
1 cup White onion
Canned goods
5 cups Chicken stock, unsalted
1/4 cup Tomato paste
Condiments
1 tbsp Chipotle chilis in adobo sauce
1 tbsp Lime juice
Baking & spices
1 Black pepper
1 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp Paprika
Oils & vinegars
2 tbsp Olive oil
