Summer vinegar salad


I like a fresh vegetable salad that will last several days. This makes two quarts. You can carry it to gatherings with ease or make and store in refrigerator. It's also nice as a drop off gift for a friend in a pint jar. Plus, it so colorful.

Ingredients
Vegan, Gluten free
∙ Serves 10-12
Produce
1 tsp Celery flakes, dried
4 Cucumbers, fresh
1 Green bell pepper, large fresh
1 Red onion, large
Baking & spices
1 tsp Red pepper flakes
1 tbsp Salt
1 1/2 cup White sugar, granulated
Oils & vinegars
2 cup White vinegar
Frozen
2 handfulls Ice cubes
